Checked with delphy package file checker. If you delete the sim you will also delete the cc . If you wish to keep the cc then you can put it onto one of your sims, upload to the launcher and then install your sim back onto your game through the launcher. After which you can delete my sim and still have the cc. The cc package files stay with the sim so be sure not to delete your sim as these are only floating package files and are not Sim3pack files that go into your launcher.
