A different kind of modern "''beach house"''. The "''house"'' is suspended 3 storeys up over a nice pool area on ground level. Fully furnished. It is playtested, and you need to remove 2 spotlights on the balcony to get to use the chessboard. Everything else should work just fine :o). It's a rather expensive lot and costs about $290.000, but that includes the $85.000 sports car. Hope you like it :o)
